• Providing consultation and advice to senior management on technology alternatives and solutions for various telephony projects;
• Designing and coordinating the implementation of an enterprise-wide telephony architecture;
• Implement enterprise policies and standards related to telephony architecture;
• Communicate the approach for technology infrastructure to client IT staff, management, and project teams while participating in several committees on behalf of our customers.
