SRDL Business Group (Siksika, AB) is committed to establishing long term prosperity for Siksika Nation by maximizing revenues generated from the management and development of renewable and nonrenewable resources and by providing Siksika Nation Shareholders with a viable return on all current and future investments. SRDL Business Group manages a Portfolio of Business and Investment Operations in Energy, Agriculture, Construction, Retail, and Hospitality. SRDL Business Group has recently made headlines a first nations company recognized for “thinking outside the box”, specifically with business ventures outside of the community, and was recently recognized as the Economic Developer of the Year for 2018 at the annual CANDO Conference held in Edmonton, AB. The company has seen tremendous growth as the economic driver for Siksika Nation as a part of a new direction focused on diversifying its current portfolio to include new and sustainable business ventures and investments. Since we have been able to construct, open, and operate businesses new to Siksika Nation and surrounding area that include a 24-hour Petro-Canada gas station, Subway restaurant, and a state of the art supermarket that are tenants in a new Business Plaza. We entered the Hospitality and Tourism Industry in 2016, securing equity and ownership of 7 properties located throughout Western Canada, and our newest endeavor, Siksika Herbz, will provide quality medical marijuana as one of the first-first nations in Canada to be approved by Health Canada.
