Sri Lanka Energy Program

The Sri Lanka Energy Program, funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is a five-year technical assistance program to support the transformation of Sri Lanka’s power sector into a market-based, secure, reliable, and sustainable system. The program is working with public and private stakeholders to improve the cost-reflectivity of electricity tariffs, increase deployment of renewable energy, improve demand-side management, and deploy advanced technologies.
