SRIJAN Infratech and Development Services Pvt. Ltd (SIDS) aims to attract and nurture human resources for the development sector. We design and implement organizational and human resource development strategies, especially for large-scale development programmes. These include developing HR Policies, comprehensive HR Systems like terms of engagement of staff, designing of the induction programme, development of performance appraisal system, recruitment and selection which focus on identifying the right attitude in people to work with the disadvantaged, orientation and capacity building of staff, performance management systems etc.
Since our inception in 2006, we have worked with the Govt of India, developing the HR Policy for National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM); twelve state governments across India helping them develop HR Policies, designing of the induction programme, development of Performance Appraisal System, recruiting close to ten thousand staff at various levels. We have undertaken HR and OD interventions in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, and for various other stakeholders in the development sector.
