Strategic Research and Innovation Partnership Smart Buildings and Home including Wood Chain (SRIP PSiDL) is one of the nine key long-term partnerships (key national clusters) to support Slovenian Smart Specialisation Strategy (S4).
SRIP was established in 2017 by TECES, Slovenian Energy Cluster, The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (CCIS) and Z TIGR. TECES is also a leader and a coordinator of all SRIP.
SRIP PSIDL brings together members working in a wide range of smart and sustainable buildings in the fields of construction, wood furniture, electrical and electronic industries, energy, information technologies... It includes a wide range of wood solutions, wood-based and non-biogenic construction products, smart appliances and systems, both for installation in the building and for building equipment, as well as solutions for smart building management and interconnecting advanced smart neighbourhood infrastructure.
Focus is on smart, sustainable and nearly zero energy buildings, (energy) building management and energy flexibility, smart devices and systems, HVAC, digitalisation, digital tweens, BIM, user-adapted ambience, smart community connectivity, wood & advanced construction products.
SRIP is an open partnership that allows interested parties to join it.
