SRS For SDGs

SRS Initiative Founded in 2019, the SRS Initiative includes over 250 young volunteers representing the 27 governorates of Egypt. The initiative aims to promote scientific research culture, raise awareness, and achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through awareness and execution campaigns. These efforts are directed towards advancing Egyptian society in particular, and global society at large. One of the most significant campaigns was the "Youth and Climate" campaign, implemented nationwide in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, UNICEF, and the United Nations. This campaign was represented at the 27th Climate Summit. The initiative also aims to spread awareness, build a capable youth cadre to achieve the SDGs, and provide the necessary support to them as part of Egypt's Vision 2030.
