SRSMES was started by Mr.R.S.Mani in 2013 with the intention to serve the cement industry with a good quality services. He has more than 30 years of experience in Cement Industry and well known for his expertise in Cement Technology. A team of multi-disciplinary with strong experienced, young and dynamic Engineers capable of providing smartest solutions to various divisions in cement industry. We provide Economical, efficient engineering solutions and supply for cement plant, waste heat recovery, SNCR and alternative fuel system to the cement industry globally. Our distinctiveness is we always believe “Don’t replace ,just modify” to improve the existing system. We have ample expertise in Reduction of Power and Fuel consumption, Full Plant Process auditing, Upgradation of Existing Pyro System and Grinding systems viz. Vertical Roller Mills, Ball Mills and Roller press. We are also capable of doing complete engineering of new cement plants and supply of new high efficiency Dynamic Separators. SRSMES also has a MOU with Greens Power for WHR boiler design. We have expertise in conducting Feasibility Study for Installing the New WHR System, Audit / Study of Existing WHR System, Customized Solution for Improving the Existing Stream / Power Generation of WHR System, Total One Source Solution from Design to Commissioning. SRSMES has completed three Hot Air Recirculation (HAR Projects) from cooler vent stack to the selected cooler fans and improved the Heat input to the WHR system. We have completed Seven Pyro Upgradation projects for pressure drop reduction in preheater and Production enhancement. We have completed 12 Upgradation projects in Vertical Roller Mills (VRM) and reduced Power and improved the capacity by Modification of existing separator and mill internals like Nozzle ring, Armor ring with customized retrofit solutions at various cement Plants.
