Soochow Singapore Asset Management (Asia) Pte. Ltd. (“SSAM”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Soochow Securities (Singapore) Financial Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“SCSS”). It holds an asset management license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) and primarily engages in fund management and investment advisory services. Established in 2015 (through SSCS), SSAM has accumulated extensive experience in overseas asset management operations and investment management, and has established a broad business network in Singapore. SSAM manages a diverse range of products, including equity funds, bond funds, hedge funds, fund-of-funds (FOF) and segregated account management. Leveraging on the Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII/RQFII) Qualification granted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, SSAM’s product investment scope has expanded to include a variety of trading instruments within China, such as stocks, bonds, and commodity futures.
