Ssassy has been set up to use Small Self Administered pension Schemes (SSAS), as well as cash, to fund property development projects and maximise profits for our investors and shareholders. Driven by a bold, but informed, approach to the property market, we specialize in value-added development opportunities and sustainable construction techniques. • What do we do? We are experienced at navigating the planning process to enable the building of high quality eco-houses. We also split larger areas of land into smaller plots to allow eco-developers and self-builders to deliver sustainable housing. We also convert redundant commercial buildings into stylish apartments. We find blue chip tenants for vacant commercial properties, which in turn, helps to regenerate town centres. • What is the opportunity?
