Integrated SSB Virtuosos

Integrated SSB Virtuosos has been set up by Lt Commander Nikhil Kumar Chandrakala (Retd.), an Indian Naval Veteran who served as the Youngest Group Testing Officer in the history of the Indian Armed Forces. Lt Cdr Nikhil KC (R.) was the commissioning crew (GTO) of SSB (Kolkata), and he also served at 12 SSB, Bangalore. Lt. Cdr. Nikhil has had the unique privilege and distinction of having served as India’s Panelist amongst all three services (Army, Navy and Airforce) on the panel of Officers' Selection Board. Lt. Cdr. Nikhil KC (R.) is a Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) certified Group Testing Officer. He is skilled in using the scientific principles of personality and leadership assessment - the Group Approach to Leadership Testing and assess the group effectiveness and team dynamics quotient of an individual. Integrated SSB Virtuosos offers complete Services Selection Board mentoring and in-depth guidance on the full SSB procedure. The 15-day online SSB Hackathon course is open for all types of entries (10+2 candidates, Graduates, Service entry candidates) for the Army, the Navy, the Airforce, and, the Coast Guard. At Integrated SSB Virtuosos, following tests and tasks that are carried out by assessors of all three techniques viz. (Unstructured Interviewing, Projective Technique and Group Testing) are taught in depth:- 1. Interview by Interviewing Officer, art of filling the PIQ form 2. Psych Tests (Thematic Apperception Test, Word Association Test, Situation Reaction Test, Self Description Test) 3. Group Situational Tasks (GD, GPE, PGT, GOR, HGT, Lecturette, IO, CT, FGT) Lt. Cdr Nikhil provides complete guidance on the concept of Manasa-Vacha-Karma, the philosophy behind selection of the officers by the Services Selection Board/ Airforce Selection Board for the Indian Armed Forces.
