Saudi Society of Medication Education

Saudi Society of Medication Education (SSME) is the first society specialized in medication education in Saudi Arabia within the framework of “Pharmacist with an Impact” (PHACT) volunteering group registered by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, on 16/7/1438 A.H, with a license number 893. Our Vision to take the leadership in medication education and raising the health awareness of the individual and the society. Our Message Contributing in raising medication awareness of society by providing a work platform for professionals, and providing research and consulting services that follow the best international standards, all within the framework of PHACT volunteering group, which started in the fields of medication education since 2010. We aim to raise awareness on the proper use of medication and correcting the misconceptions surrounding it, provide training programs, workshops and specialized symposiums for professionals in the spectrum of medication education, support research and studies related to medication education, and collaborate with national and international associations for the development of the services provided by SSME. And finally to Provide a developmental model that meets the different needs of medication education.
