Sri Sathya Sai Medha Wellbeing Counsel provides psychological first aid, mental health counselling, career counselling, psychotherapy and awareness on psychological aspects and their relevance today in the technology driven world, and how they provide the basis for right living, longevity, happiness and self-realisation. We help people with physical, emotional and mental health issues improve their sense of well-being, alleviate feelings of distress and resolve crises. We also teach yoga, suicide prevention counseling and substance abuse prevention.
