The St. Clare Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation sponsored by the Felician Sisters. The Foundation was created in 2023 to continue the tradition of the Felician Sisters serving the Southern Illinois community which started back in 1939 and create an enduring way to partner with other community leaders in deepening our collective commitment to the community.
The Foundation works in partnership with community collaborators to provide needed funding to address unmet social and community health needs.
The St. Clare Foundation is dedicated to improving the health and social well-being in the Marion, Jefferson, and surrounding communities, with a special emphasis on the prevention of mental health and substance abuse issues, particularly in youth and adolescents.
