Our Name comes from St. Germain-de-Pres, a picturesque neighborhood in Paris with many sidewalk cafés. Here, we strive to be a Neighborhood Bistro for Old San Juan: a place where locals and visitors alike come together, meet new people, and become friends. We're purposely located off the beaten path in the residential area of our beautiful city and we rely almost solely on word of mouth - you recommendations.
We offer dishes at a reasonable price in a relaxing ambience. They consist of "slow foods": fresh ingredients, many of which we buy daily at the farmer's market, prepared the moment you order.
