We are the local support and development organisation across Halton and St Helens providing advice, information, support and practical services such as funding advice, training and learning opportunities along with volunteer brokerage services to charities, voluntary organisations, community groups and social enterprises in St Helens and Halton. We believe that by offering such support helps to create a strong local civil society sector that makes a difference in the lives of local people and communities.
