We’ve worked with plant O&M teams, Asset Management Companies, Private Equity, and Energy Companies to maximize plant reliability, efficiency, and profitability while lowering their O&M costs. Our team has completed myriad projects driving life cycle cost savings of ~$100mm. This focus and demonstrable results led ST Power Services to be named the 2020 Power Generation Consulting / Services Company of the Year by Energy CIO Insights. Services & Solutions: ST Power Services has developed a Four-Point Plan for Power Plant Transformation designed to bridge the physical asset and workforce gaps across plants’ entire value chain. It includes Total Asset Management, Obsolescence Management, Business Process Management, and Owner’s Representative. We’ve also developed a number of forward-thinking solutions, which include: • Asset Performance Management: Developing and implementing a Predictive Maintenance Program to enhance total asset performance — reliability, flexibility and profitability. • Major Maintenance Program (MMP): Our MMP is an alternative solution to traditional service agreements designed to drive life-cycle cost savings of 35% or more. • Condition-Based Maintenance: Reduces the frequency of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance by implementing predictive maintenance strategy. Leadership: ST Power Services is led by Siraj Taj, a sought-after Power industry consultant and thought leader. He serves as a council member on the Gerson Lehrman Group, contributes to the development of Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, contributes to POWER magazine, and speaks at industry conference.
