The firm was founded by three entrepreneurs, two of whom previously founded, built, operated and successfully exited an outsourced service provider to the investment management and broker-dealer industries, which they built from the ground up for over 12 years. They have now partnered with a long-time Wall Street M&A executive with extensive expertise in M&A of professional firms. We build integrated solutions for consulting, advisory, outsourced CFO, accounting, HR, insurance, IT, and related infrastructure services.
