We understand their challenges and offer them what they need to succeed, i.e., anchor investment of 1+m EUR, VC sparring partner program, and administrative backbone handling regulatory and administrative tasks, enabling them to focus their core skills on value creation. Corporate Equity vertical is a pioneer service for corporations, integrating private equity, business building, and executive advisory to drive value by improving existing assets, acquiring/building new assets, and/or selectively divesting assets in tech- and scientific space, with a particular fit for new (digital) businesses and complex environments.
