State Islamic College of Bengkalis (STAIN Bengkalis) has a rich history rooted in its original establishment as Tarbiyah Science College (STIT) in 1988, under the management of the Al-Kautsar Islamic Education Foundation (YPIA). Founded by Dr. Asy`ari Nur, a visionary who recognized the need for higher education in Bengkalis, STAIN Bengkalis has grown into a respected institution known for its commitment to Islamic and Malay values. Over the years, STAIN Bengkalis has undergone significant development, including its transition to state status in 2014, marking a milestone in its mission to provide quality education accessible to all.
