All our flavors are inspired by Greek nature and are created by people who embody skill, patience, and mastery. Principles that you can "taste" in the first spoonful of our traditional yogurt with its velvety creamy texture, and in the tempting aromas of our rice pudding and our galaktoboureko. Principles that you can see shining through in the sparkle in children’s eyes when they try our ice cream, made of fresh sheep’s milk.
