Hi, my name is Lisa Baker and I am the Founder and Director of Stand Out Services, welcome to my LinkedIn page. Working in Redeployment for the World’s Largest Building Society is where I found my niche. I provided CV Writing and Interview Coaching to hundreds of internal staff who were facing redundancy, to help them succeed in their future career. Due to my high success rate and passion for doing something I love, gave me the inspiration and drive to set up Stand Out Services.
