Stand Up For Diversity (SU4D) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the financial services industry. Our mission is to create systemic change by empowering underrepresented groups and fostering a more inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds can succeed.
Despite progress, glaring disparities remain. In many leading financial institutions, racial minorities make up less than 50% of the workforce, with even fewer holding leadership positions. Additionally, women occupy just a fraction of C-suite and senior management roles globally, with women of color facing the most significant barriers. This underrepresentation stifles innovation and limits opportunity, making it crucial for the industry to embrace diversity in its workforce and leadership.
