Our Expertise We have a true expertise & experience in converting Steel Machined Parts into Plastic using various Engineering Polymers. With this expertise we converted various metal Parts & Assemblies into plastics, achieving excellent VAVE and full-proof performance of these components & assemblies. These conversions helped in reducing the overall cost substantially & played a major role in VAVE projects.
Our Developments
We successfully developed Water Manifold Assemblies (For 2/3/4/6 Cylinder Diesel Engines) in Plastics using Engineering Polymers. On Similar Lines we successfully developed Cylinder Head Rocker Boxes / Covers, Inspection Covers, Support for Push Rod Tubes, Thermostat Body, Fuel Filter Assembly, Oil Separators, (for various diesel engines) using Engineering Polymers.
Our Capabilities Standard Plastics is capable of manufacturing High Precision Plastic Parts (supplying 0.03 mm accuracy as Moulded) for various automotive applications & critical transparent parts for Air Cleaner & Announciator Assemblies.
