We specialize in the development, mechanical installation, and Operations and Maintenance of ground mounted systems. In 2012, we became Standard Sun; the name emphasizes our focus on delivering the highest standards in quality, safety and service to our partners and clients.
Our unique and proven techniques ensure both quality and production are optimized. As of 2014, we’ve built more than 700MW of solar photovoltaic ground mounted systems worldwide ranging from 400Kw to 120MW. These projects ranged from brownfields, former forests, military installations, superfund sites, subgrade farm land and decommissioned airports and were performed through some of the most challenging conditions the industry has seen to date: sub-arctic temperatures, 3-4 feet of snow, 6-8 feet of frost, spring thaws, flooded sites and desert temperatures.
