Standard Title is a full service commercial title insurance agency writing policies for First American Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title, Stewart Title Company, Fidelity Title Company and WFG. We specialize in commercial title insurance, commercial escrow and disbursement as well as coordination of title searches. We are licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Georgia, with deal counsel licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia (pending). Through our wholly owned subsidiary, Standard Title Exchange Company, LLC, we can facilitate your 1031 like-kind exchange, service as qualified intermediary and performing the exchange accommodation titleholder function. In addition, through York Standard AMC, LLC, a joint venture between Standard Title and York Properties, Inc., we act as a full-service receiver and substitute trustee for troubled real estate assets and transactions.
