Standout Management Group, Inc. (SMG) is a sports and entertainment talent management and activation agency established in 2018. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, SMG was founded by the highly energetic team of Barry Tisdale and Dwayne Gaulding. Barry Tisdale, President of SMG brings 32 years of corporate leadership experience to the agency after recently retiring from Xerox Corporation. Tisdale has partnered with Gaulding to form SMG and develop “an outside of the box” talent management agency. Dwayne Gaulding, Founder of SMG has over 20 years of experience in motorsports management including owning and operating teams in NASCAR’s top-3 divisions.
