SAIL staff have regularly contributed to research papers, podcasts and conference presentations in Australia and overseas, highlighting the wonderful work of the wider team. SAIL has the following intent: - Equip the St Andrew’s and wider educational community with knowledge and skills based on sound research; - Support the implementation of a future-focused model of learning that promotes an outstanding educational experience; - Foster a culture of courageous collaboration where ideas, expertise and resources are shared; - Develop a local and global partner network that provides opportunities for staff, students and others to learn, grow and be challenged together; and - Promote and track the growth of staff and student personal capacity, which includes the skill of cultural intelligence (CQ).
