Stangl Technik Group consists of 3 companies located in Poland and the Czech Republic. Stangl Technik Česko spol. s r.o. and Stangl Technik Polska Sp. z o.o. are present on the market since 2010 (previously as a part of EQOS Energie group). The newest member of the group is ST Security a.s. became part of the group in 2020 . From the beginning of their operations in the Czech and Polish markets, the Stangl Technik Cesko and Stangl Technik Polska have delivered and assembled interior HVAC installations, namely ventilation installations, refrigerating and heating systems, sanitary engineering installations, measuring and control systems, and heavy-current and light-current installations, and additionally traffic lights systems in Poland. The Companies also offer our customers engineering design services delivered by our engineering design departments, and additionally our warranty and post-warranty service and additionally offer their customers technical service and maintenance of installed technical systems. ST Security is the provider of comprehensive services of light-current, security and information systems, in particular supply and installation of technology, service, design, consulting, own production and sales. The Companies are specializing in the performance of technical installations for all types of buildings, in particular industrial buildings (production halls, warehouses), offices and shopping centers, hospitals, apartment buildings and hotels, and other buildings requiring this type of installation . Since 2018, Stangl Technik Česko spol. s r. o. and Stangl Technik Polska Sp. z o.o. are owned by Stangl Technik Holding which is investment vehicle of two private equity funds: Avallon MBO Fund II and Genesis Private Equity Fund III (GPEF III).
