About Stanislaus 2030
Stanislaus 2030 is a public-private partnership that advances a shared vision for economic prosperity for all. At the heart of Stanislaus 2030 are two essential questions: How can we build a more resilient economy for more community members to experience financial well-being? And how can we support industry and small business growth in the next decade and beyond? Stanislaus 2030 leads collective action towards implementing the economic and workforce initiatives identified in the Investment Blueprint through coordination and aligning our efforts across governmental agencies, private-public partnerships, educational institutions, businesses, service providers, and community groups for the greatest impact for all in our community. Our goals include creating more quality jobs, reducing the number of struggling families and focusing on growth, prosperity and inclusion. Based on data and community and partner feedback, the following areas provide the greatest immediate opportunity for impact and implementation and are our current focus for the future - Childcare Expansion, Small Business Supports, Governance & Capacity Building Talent Development and Traded Sector Development. Stanislaus 2030 is a dynamic, collaborative effort involving multiple organizations and experts towards a shared goal of improved economic prosperity for all Stanislaus County community members. Stanislaus 2030 started in 2021 as a bold, ambitious multi-sector initiative co-led by local business leaders, higher education and government partners alongside labor and community-based organizations to create and deliver a joint strategy and investment plan in 2022. These strategies prioritize the case for public and private investment in the coming decade and beyond.
