This Techstars program is run in partnership with Stanley Black & Decker. The 2022 theme is Electrification and we will select 10 startups to participate in a 13 week program. Apply now at www.techstars.com/accelerators/stanley We seek passionate founders working with: Batteries & Power (think: EV needs or nextgen home workbench and garage) • Fast charge batteries, power walls, charging tech (incl. wireless), and recycling batteries of all sizes Industrial Electric Vehicles and related components • Using electrification to enable autonomous vehicles and fleets for increasingly complex industrial uses from transportation (buses, trains) to construction or mining vehicles (trucks, backhoes,…etc) • Hardware and software enabling components such as actuators, sensors, IoT and AI-enabled functions. DIY Smart, Connected Electric Tools (for Home, Garden, Construction) • From nextgen drills, power saws to AI-enabled powered lawnmowers, snow blowers and robots. Passenger and Micro-mobility (think: EV, tools and services for consumers) • Cars, ebikes, scooters, RV/Recreation Vehicles and the parts and services that enable their use Support, Services, & Infrastructure for the Transition to Electric • Energy delivery and storage including all size batteries, recycling, monitoring for safety and performance. Materials & Components (fasteners, actuators, advanced materials, embedded electronics..etc.)
