DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Stansomatic specializes in manufacturing high precision progressive tools. It all starts in our large construction department where our skilled technicians develop and optimize the product in order to achieve the most optimal solution in terms of both price and function.
TOOL DEPARTMENT
Stansomatic designs and manufactures complex progressive stamping tools in our in-house tool department. We build, manufacture and test the tools based on drawings from our construction department. All to make sure that we can produce and deliver high-quality products.
METAL PROTOTYPES
Stansomatic has been constructing and fabricating prototypes for over 50 years. We can help you through the process which usually starts with the construction of a prototype that will enable you to carry out assembly tests in realistic conditions.
QUALITY
Stansomatic has since 1992 been certificated according to ISO 9001 and in 2018, the certification was upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 which secures an effective running of quality control. Quality is evident in all our processes and workflows and it involves PPAP, Six Sigma and LEAN.
SPECIAL PROCESSES
Stansomatic is an all-in-one supplier and offers additional services to complement our core technologies and precision stamping. We offer different types of surface treatment, automated packaging, laser marking, degreasing and deburring.
The firm currently has about 85 employees and produces approx. 300 million punched parts annually. The parts, which are produced in fully automatic punching machines, consist of all types of metal and steel in thicknesses from 0.05 mm to approx. 2 mm.
