Starboard Directors is a consortium of consultants with deep core competencies and vast experience. We work with business owners to objectively diagnose and facilitate change to bring the organization to the next level. Our Story: We started our business careers in corporate America with a vision and desire to make a difference. Our definitions of making a difference were not exactly alike, except for the broad requirement to have a positive impact in our business and personal lives, in our sphere of influence. Although we each achieved recognition and success in our professional and personal lives, we individually were not fulfilling our commitment to share our knowledge, expertise and life experiences in a manner that would be more impactful and rewarding. We left our corporate roles for various reasons, but we all had a common theme for starting our own businesses. The common theme was a strong motivation to be in control of our own destiny, challenge ourselves, pursue our professional passion and obtain measurable results for our clients. We were brought together by our founder, Bruce Clinton. Bruce recognized that each of us possess unique skills, varied backgrounds and life experiences, which collectively will result in greater profits and personal time for business owners. Our Pledge: We understand the challenges, planning and business acumen required for managing a successful business, because we experience it in our own businesses.
