𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀 is a European initiative (project number 101196009), designed to 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀 to become active participants in the green and digital transitions.
Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and international collaboration, the project addresses the gender gap in STEM and environmental fields. By connecting students with real role models and supporting teachers and institutions, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀, by working with VET providers, industry, public authorities and mentors to design and test practical policies that promote gender inclusion.
Our goal is clear: to bring more women into the clean energy sector—𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
