Our Vision: StarLeaf Talent Solutions is a company founded by CFOs with an ambitious model to transform the existing Talent Acquisition process. Our vision is to evolve into a one stop solution provider for servicing the talent and development needs of Finance teams in a business. Our Founders Vinay Bansal – Founder is a senior finance professional with 20+ years of global experience in Fortune 50 companies, start-ups and Private Equity. Sanjay Bahl – Co-Founder and CEO is a Senior finance leader with 30+ years of experience as a global finance leader and has worked in blue chip companies in diverse senior finance leadership roles. He is now starting his new innings as an entrepreneur in an area in which he is passionate about- Talent Development and making a difference in shaping careers of finance professionals across all levels. About Us StarLeaf was born as a result of the “Pain Points” experienced during recruitment of finance talent by its Founders Vinay and Sanjay. The hiring process as experienced by them would invariably result in being engulfed with CV’s of potential candidates with little or no screening or assessment done by the placement consultants engaged. The entire process was time consuming, expensive and was largely transactional in nature with no investment into talent coaching and mentoring. Our aim is to transform the experience for Finance and HR leaders seeking good quality finance talent and create a new paradigm that should result in a wow factor for the Talent Seeker. The StarLeaf Advantage : At StarLeaf we recognize that the Finance function has its own nuances in terms of hiring. It is important to understand the business model of the company first and the necessary skill sets that are required in the finance teams.
