Project STARRISE aims to promote interregional innovation collaboration and the development of innovative value chain investment portfolios in Shared Smart Specialization Strategy (S3) Areas, specifically in logistics and food sectors.
To achieve this, STARRISE will build and strengthen an interregional ecosystem of SMEs and stakeholders through networking, ecosystem workshops, on-site and virtual trainings, and facilitation activities. The consortium will also support the identification of innovation investment projects through targeted measures, SME masterclasses, workshops, hackathons and individual support.
