All successful digital transformations need people-centric change management at some point, and so will you. 2. Have you gathered and DOCUMENTED requirements? BEFORE you go to RFP? 3. Have you fully explored ALL potential sources of funding to get it done? 4. Can you get it done in the TIME you need to make it happen (do you even have an idea of how long it will actually take)? On budget? 5. Do you have the SKILLS internally to create the organizational change required to make the digital transformation ultimately successful? I can almost promise you that you don’t.
