Starsys Ltd was established in 2003, with myself providing interim management services to the food industry. This built into providing consultancy and now training and mentoring onsite or at our offices in Boston, Lincolnshire. with myself as Managing Director. We deliver Supply Chain and Manufacturing Excellence, through education and training of your team. Drive the delivery of measures and improvements identified through onsite consultancy while mentoring key individuals in your organisation. These include improvements in customer service levels and cash flow, working capital reductions. Operational improvements include plan adherence, downtime reduction, efficiency improvements and labour recovery.
