Start-up Members

The idea came from working with over 100 remote franchise owners who wanted to start their own business by purchasing a franchise. What was interesting is how they all came from different vocations and industries. They often had strength and skills in one area of their vocation and seemed to lack experience in others. It would often be a case where they were strong in accounting but inexperienced in sales, or they had operations experience but lacked marketing experience. When starting a business for the first time, you may find it a challenge to develop skills quick enough to grow the business with limited cash flow. Startup Members works with other startup founders with their unique ability to ware other hats, to help out with jobs that need doing, often the work no one wants to do. Basically an extra set of minds and hands to get your business off the ground.
