Start Bergen

We are a student organization that works to promote and learn innovation and entrepreneurship in Bergen. As of today, we are 20 active members from 12 different fields of study! At the same time, we are linked to the umbrella organization Start Norway, which connects Start teams from all over the country. In Bergen, we work closely with business and entrepreneurs to create the shortest possible path between them and the students. Regular events: Inspiration evening: Here we invite entrepreneurs to share experienced knowledge from starting up and running their own business to the students. This year's Inspiration Evening (2016) was fully booked a few days before the event. Bergen Brainstorm: Gathers students for a case competition over a weekend, with real case assignments given by the business community. What characterizes a member of Start Bergen: Reflected, creative and interested in innovation and innovation.
