We aim to communicate the benefits of genetic testing for patients experiencing developmental challenges and unexplained symptoms, to empower families to stop waiting and talk to their doctors about genetic testing.

Start Genetic was created by families affected by genetic conditions and by genetics experts. Genetic Testing Action Day happens annually on July 25th, the birthday of Rosalind Franklin, a scientist who played a key role in discovering the structure of DNA.
