TEAM matters is a brand that stands for your business growth. I used to sail and I love using a metaphor that perfectly describes what I do: I help teams grow strong, so they act like a race boat, NOT the Titanic - to be flexible/agile, creative and winning, NOT: stiff, inflexible and reacting with inertia... Do you know what differentiates most effective teams from others? The way people treat each other! Not the IQ, nr of super talents in your team but the way people communicate. Making sure they are seen, have equal right to speak up, can rely on each other, have impact and see meaning in their job to bring their best on the way to a common purpose. I always focus on RESULTS over appearances and I love learning. I'm continuously striving for improvement to better help others. I don't think that every organisation needs an HR department.
