Startup Hub UC Davis

Startup Hub's mission is to cultivate an atmosphere of innovation at UC Davis and beyond, having led workshops in the San Francisco Bay Area and Washington D.C., by establishing a safe, think tank space for anyone wishing to develop their ideas into action. With regard to the UC Davis Principles of Community, we have developed an organization that is openly accessible to all identities. We strive to provide the space to promote collaboration and teamwork, no one is exempt from this opportunity. Therefore, our events such as the annual Startup and Innovation Panel will adhere closely to our goal of "maintaining a culture and climate based on mutual respect and caring". We are forming a diverse community of innovators, seasoned professionals who have worked through adversity to be where they are today. We work hard to accommodate students and professionals with disabilities to our events, ensuring no barrier between an idea and action. We would like to add the aspect of "learning" to this as well, since this is first and foremost an opportunity to gain the knowledge and network necessary to push ideas and products to the next level.
