Startzai is a “crowd-investing” site. Startzai is specialized in the vertical market of Startups and innovative ideas (e.g., patents). That is, a crowd-funding site where lenders are not donors but investors. Users of Startzai invest in startup and acquire an equity on the company/idea (that is the equity- crowdfunding process). We add, in our platform, the ability to exchange equities, selling and buying such shares just like on a regulated stock market.
