TIMELINE Read Our Start Up Story January 2021 Launched State Line Staffing, LLC out of the home in Rockford, Illinois amidst the COVID 19 pandemic as a temp agency offering hiring services high volume, hard to fill roles. June 2021 Launched the company page on LinkedIn and grew to nearly 1,300 followers by October. December 2021 Rebranded the website and began crowdsourcing in an effort to really bring a comprehensive, holistic solution to the hiring problems and difficulties job seekers were experiencing finding employment. January 2022 Rebranded (again) and grew into the State Line Staffing platform we know and love. Launched the subscription service for employers, recruiters of all walks of life, as well as job seekers for only $12 dollars a month. Still proudly headquartered in Rockford. Always will be. Still offering our more traditional temp, high volume, and direct hire services throughout 52 states. We are still an agency. We are an agency standing on a platform.
