Stateline Community Foundation is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) public charity providing grants and scholarships to organizations and projects that improve the quality of life in the Wisconsin-Illinois Stateline Area. SCF is also the umbrella organization for two impactful programs: Stateline Community Foundation's Literacy for Life and Women's Fund of the Stateline Community Foundation.
