Station V ( V comme végétal ) a été lancée à Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche le 31 août 2021 à l'occasion de la visite Conjointe des ministres de l'agriculture et de la transition numérique.
Elle a pour objectif de créer les conditions favorables à l’installation et au développement de start-ups du domaine agricole et agroalimentaire, jeunes entreprises en phase de preuve de concept et phase de développement dans le domaine agricole.
L’existence de la Station V est concrétisée par une convention de partenariat signée entre les parties prenante : start-up leader, le monde de l’enseignement et de la recherche et les syndicats et associations professionnel.
Aujourd'hui la station V est un accélérateur de l’agri tech qui héberge 10 start-up dont 4 ont un potentiel international.
À cela s'ajoute les start-up de la transformation alimentaire végétale travaillant en grande partie avec la production locale de fruits, légumes et céréales .
