Built in 1862 as a busy railway junction, The Station House has a rich history itself, withstanding a fire attack in the 1920’s until it quietly retired from service in 1963. The Slattery family then purchased the property in 1981, registering it with Bord Failte in 1983 before launching Signal Restaurant and the hotel in 1984.
Specialising in events, The Station House embodies country house charm and provides the perfect location for off-site meetings and gatherings, as well as larger events hosting up to 200 guests in the stunning Carriage Suite - originally the locomotive workshop.
