Statis Consulting was founded in 2020 as a development advisory firm specializing in sales and rentals. Over the last 12 years, Stephanie has developed expertise in markets, management, design, leasing operations, sales, and marketing services in residential real estate. She advised established developers and delivered successful buildings and leasing operations each time across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. After spending a few years as the head of new developments at Nooklyn, a successful brokerage based in Brooklyn, she decided to focus her undivided attention on helping developers build thriving communities. She loves the creative process and teamwork associated with each project. Each collaboration is a new challenge in bringing to life an impactful rental community as well as a successful business plan. She most recently founded Statis Realty, a residential and commercial brokerage based in New York, and is looking to expand in Miami and Connecticut. Born in Paris, Stephanie holds two master’s in Finance and International Economics from Dauphine University and Brandeis University.
