STATSERVICE – construction management services

In 1993, Ogmios Group of Companies was founded. The main activity is real estate development. In order to optimize operational processes, each individual project is usually implemented, managed and developed by different, historically-related organizations. The need for timely completion of the project and the ability to construct financially efficient and standards-compliant real estate objects led to the establishment of a construction management company – JSC „STATSERVICE“. JSC „STATSERVICE“ has been operating since 2011. We are currently working on construction projects of various sizes. The team of qualified and competent construction management experts has already built more than +180000 m2. In a relatively short period of time, we managed to earn the name of the organization that meets the highest construction management standards. Increasing partner confidence allows us to start business development and provide construction management services in other European countries. Siekiant optimizuoti veiklos procesus, kiekvieną atskirą projektą dažniausiai įgyvendina, valdo ir vysto skirtingos, istoriškai susijusios dukterinės organizacijos. Poreikis laiku užbaigti projekto įgyvendinimą, gebėti statyti finansiškai efektyvius ir standartus atitinkančius nekilnojamojo turto objektus, paskatino įkurti statybų valdymo įmonę – UAB „STATSERVICE“. UAB „STATSERVICE“ veiklą vykdo nuo 2011 metų. Šiuo metu dirbame su įvairaus masto statybų projektais. Kvalifikuotų ir kompetentingų statybų valdymo ekspertų komanda jau yra pastačiusi daugiau nei +180000 m2. Per sąlyginai trumpą laiką, sugebėjome rinkoje užsitarnauti aukščiausius statybų valdymo standartus atitinkančios organizacijos vardą.
