STAY READY is a manual therapy clinic that specializes in the comprehensive evaluations and treatment of orthopedic pathologies of the musculoskeletal system. We focus on all aspects of rehabilitation, from the initial stages of patient education and acute care, to the gradual reintroduction of functional and sports specific activities. In addition, we now offer vestibular therapy for treatment of vertigo, dizziness, imbalance, and disequilibrium disorders.
Our goals are centered in inclusivity and community empowerment. One of the most important things that acts as the foundation of STAY READY is its all inclusive policy and promise of respect given to each and every client that passes through.
We aim to help our community both in and out of our gyms. Every year we host an event called GRAY DAY; a community fundraising event where we all gather on the beach, enjoy each others company, exercise, and raise money for brain cancer research and awareness!
